VANCIGS NG WARRANTY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
1. Vancigs offers the product for sale strictly for the personal and sole use of the purchaser.
2. The manufacturer has designed this product to electronically limit the inhalation of nicotine vapour to a safe level and is not intended for heavy smokers as it will malfunction.
3. There are no refunds or return of this product (except as otherwise provided under the Limited Liability Warranty) due health and hygienic safety reasons.
4. While Vancigs sells this product for health reasons, it makes no representation as to its effectiveness nor does it assume any liability for its application or use.
LIMITED LIABILITY WARRANTY
Vancigs offers a manufacturer's replacement warranty for the Vancigs Next Generation starter kit for period of 1 month from the date of purchase. Any defective component will be replaced free (not including shipping charges where applicable) during the 1 month warranty period provided:
1. The product has been used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
2. The defective product part is returned to Vancigs for inspection; and
3. The purchaser prepays all shipping charges for return/replacement of the defective part.
