HOW TO PLACE ORDERS ON-LINE SAFELY
There are 5 ways you place an order with vancigs:
1. Come down to the Abbotsford or Vancouver Flea Markets where we have pre-reserved tables every weekend
2. Call us to place an order and our Mobile Team unit will come to your door same day in the Greater Vancouver Area
3. When possible one of our CSRs (Customer Service Reps) can meet up with you at a location like Starbucks or Tim Hortons
4. Pick up your order at one of our two locations in Surrey and Coquitlam (see

The following instructions will assist you in placing an order with Vancigs from our Web site
We are using Interac as our payment and ordering option. We currently do not accept credit cards. Interac is an extremely safe way to process an Internet based payment. Many individuals use this option to pay bills on-line, etc. You simply sign-on to your banks Web site and use your ATM card to e-mail money from your account. We never see your account information, bank info, etc. That's why Interac is so safe for any kind of Internet transaction.
We were using PayPal, however, found them to be unreliable. They have a reputation for freezsing funds when dealing with cross-border transactions and do not want to expose our clients to that kind of risk.
When putting together your order simply write down what you would like to order and then total the dollar amount. That will be the amount you want to Interac us. For example if you want a Vancigs NG for $90 and an extra bottle of e-liquid for $20 you would send us $110. We do not have a "shopping cart" set up yet on the Web site so this is the easiest way to submit your order. You then send us an e-mail to info@vancigs.com telling what you ordered, your address and the answer to the security question.
It may sound at first complicated, but it is in fact is extremely simple and easy to do. Just follow the instructions below and we would be more than happy to walk you through it over the phone or assist you in any way.

How do you send us an INTERAC Email Money Transfer?
Each bank is slightly different, however, these instructions should provide you with the general information necessary to navigate through transferring money
- Sign in to your Online Banking at a participating Canadian bank
- From the Online Banking landing page, or from the Account Overview page, choose typically "Pay Bills" or "Transfer
Funds\Make a Transfer."
- This should bring you to a new page with a list of options under "Interac Email Money Transfer"
- Select the "send money" option
- Enter the amount you want transferred, and choose from which account. In some cases you may be prompted under
the "To" drop down menu, to choose "Interac Email Money Transfer."
- You will be prompted to provide the recipient's name (use Vancouver Electronic Cigarettes) and email address

- You'll be asked to provide a security question and answer.
- Please e-mail or phone us with the chosen security question and answer for us to use to deposit the funds into our
account.
